At Phin mi, we celebrate the phin, the traditional Vietnamese filter, to showcase the full richness of Vietnamese Robusta and Arabica. We also offer a wide selection of drinks: espresso, V60, cold brew, and other brewing methods.
You can also find our coffees in the shop, whole beans or ground, to extend the Phin mi experience at home.
