At Phin mi, we traveled to Vietnam to meet the producers and select the finest coffees, directly at the source. From the high plateaus of Dak Lak to the mountains of Lam Dong, we discovered unique terroirs, cultivated with passion and expertise. This journey allowed us to choose exceptional Robusta and Arabica coffees, artisanally roasted in Paris to reveal the full aromatic richness of Vietnam.
